Custom internal CRM to centralize and streamline the restaurant's reservation management.

Azar restaurant received bookings across multiple channels (phone, WhatsApp, email, walk-ins), with double-booking risks and no-shows that were hard to anticipate.

We built a custom internal CRM (Laravel) that centralizes every reservation: real-time floor plan, customer database, automatic confirmations and reminders, and a service dashboard. The result: daily time savings, fewer no-shows and a personalized welcome worthy of the venue.
